Trama
La storia è ambientata a Casinopolis, all'interno di Station Square, dove il dottor Eggman ha trasformato le persone in robot e ha fatto il lavaggio del cervello a Miles "Tails" Prower ed Amy Rose. Sonic deve salvare i suoi amici vincendo il torneo di flipper chiamato "Egg Cup Tournament".[4]
Modalità di gioco
Tavole
Il gioco include tre tavole da flipper: la prima è basata sul primo Sonic Advance della serie Sonic the Hedgehog, la seconda è basata sul titolo per Sega Saturn, Nights into Dreams... mentre la terza presenta l'ambientazione del gioco per Dreamcast e sala giochi, Samba de Amigo.
- Tavola di Sonic: In questa tavola, il giocatore deve sconfiggere Eggman per spostarsi nell'area successiva. Inoltre è possibile cambiare il personaggio rappresentato sul flipper dopo aver spedito la palla in un foro nascosto.
- Tavola di NiGHTS: In questa tavola, il giocatore deve ottenere tutti gli Ideya e sconfiggere i Nightmaren per procedere all'area successiva.
- Tavola di Amigo: In questa tavola, il giocatore non ha un vero e proprio obiettivo da portare a termine ma bensì può ascoltare alcune musiche di sottofondo ed ottenere un punteggio alto.
