The game was showcased at E3 2002.[2] The entire project took approximately two months to develop with a team of about nine people (two programmers and around seven artists), plus one person for sound and music.[3]

Reception

The game holds a rating of 50 of 100 on Metacritic.[6]

IGN gave the game a score of 6 out of 10 stating: "Whether or not you like the flick, xXx the Game won't quite give you the rush you're looking for...unless you get your kicks finishing slightly-better-than-average action titles".[4]
