Videogioco a quiz per adulti[1][2], il titolo è stato al centro di una causa che ha coinvolto Take Two Interactive, Microsoft e Sony per via di un filmato che ritraeva una ragazza minorenne in topless.[3] Il gioco è stato ritirato e ripubblicato sotto forma di DVD-Video con il titolo The Guy Game: Game Over!.[4]
Nonostante il gioco non sia classificato come Adults-Only dall'ESRB, il gioco è inserito nella lista dei giochi proibiti sulla piattaforma Twitch.[5][6]

The Guy Game is an adult video game developed by Topheavy Studios and published by Gathering, released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, and Xbox in 2004. Presented in a trivia gameshow-style supporting up to four players, it consists of about 1,000 questions spread out over 20 episodes. Much of the game involves watching live-action video footage of young women in bikinis, and as the player succeeds in the game the women eventually expose their breasts.
