• Loch Lomond in Scotland
• Lough Derg in Ireland
• Grafham Water in Cambridgeshire, England
• a generic English gravel pit
• River Usk in Wales
• Gamlebyviken, an inlet of the Baltic Sea near Västervik in Sweden.
